These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the purchase and use of the Elevate Digital Academy with Master Resell Rights (MRR) (“Product”), which is being sold by Elevate Group (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using this Product, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Elevate Digital Academy course materials.
✔ You may:

✅ Apply the strategies learned inside the course.
✅ Resell the course only after completing the reseller approval process.
❌ You may NOT:
⛔ Share, distribute, or give away access to the course.
⛔ Modify, edit, or create derivative works from the course content.
⛔ Use Elevate with Olivia Ltd’s branding as your own.
⛔ Sell the course without completing the reseller approval process.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The course and all its materials remain the intellectual property of Elevate with Olivia Ltd.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or modification of course content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. REFUND POLICY
🚨 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. 🚨
Due to the digital nature of this product and the instant access provided, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks under any circumstances.
By purchasing, you confirm that:

5. RESELLER APPROVAL PROCESS
To gain access to the reseller benefits of this course, you must complete a verification process to prevent fraud.
✔ To be approved, you must submit:
✅ A valid receipt of purchase that includes your full name.
✅ A matching form of government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.).
✅ Your full name, address, and contact number.
✅ The full name & social media handle of the person you purchased from.

6. CUSTOMER DISPUTES & SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITY
By purchasing this course, you acknowledge that:
✔ Elevate Group is the seller and is fully responsible for handling all customer inquiries, support, and disputes.
✔ Elevate with Olivia Ltd is not responsible for refunds, disputes, or post-sale service.
✔ If you experience issues, you must contact Elevate Group directly.
🚨 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes:
• Filing a chargeback or dispute will result in immediate removal from the course and legal action may be taken for fraudulent activity.
• If you initiate a dispute, access to the course will be revoked permanently.
7. NON-DISPARAGEMENT & CYBER HARASSMENT POLICY
By purchasing, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully.

⛔ Post defamatory, mocking, or negative comments about the course, its creator, or the reseller.
⛔ Engage in cyber harassment, trolling, or spreading false information.
⛔ Encourage others to criticize or undermine the course or reseller publicly.
🚨 Violating this policy may result in:
✔ Immediate removal from the course without refund.
✔ A permanent ban from repurchasing or reselling the course.
✔ Legal action if reputational damage occurs.
8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing this product, you acknowledge and agree that future changes to the business model do not constitute grounds for a refund, nor do they reflect any misrepresentation at the time of purchase. The course and all its contents remain valid and accessible as purchased.
Legal & Compliance Responsibility:
As a reseller, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring your sales, marketing practices, and business operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax requirements in your country.
Elevate with Olivia Ltd provides the course with Master Resell Rights but does not provide legal, tax, or regulatory guidance for individual resellers - only for the course itself. You are advised to seek independent legal advice regarding your business responsibilities.
